1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Crisp (the "App"), operated by iPLM Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Smart Features & Food Safety

Crisp uses AI and LLM technology to identify food items and estimate expiry dates. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Always use your personal judgment, smell, and sight to determine if food is safe to consume. Crisp is not liable for food poisoning or health issues resulting from reliance on App data.

3. Accounts & Subscription

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. While V1.0 is currently free, we reserve the right to introduce Pro/Premium tiers in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using Crisp, you grant us a license to process these images via our AI partners (e.g., Firebase/LLM providers) solely to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer the App.
  • Do not abuse the OCR/AI entry system with non-food related content.
  • Do not use the App for any illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRISP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
